You can weigh less by mentally imagining it! It’s amazing to see how some people do that naturally, without even trying. Here’s an example. I knew a woman who was very large, but dressed beautifully and walked proudly. She reminded me of a white Queen Latifah.

Everywhere she went, people loved and respected her. She was even sexy, because she just exuded beauty and femininity, but also, and this is the most important point, she exuded confidence. Her confidence came from a deep well within her that said, “I love myself just the way I am at this very moment.”

How would you like to do the same thing? Thinking thin allows you to weigh less mentally if you do the process. It’s so simple, too, just thirty seconds a day! And really, all you have to do is thirty days and you will make it a habit. Remember that it takes just twenty-eight days to create a new habit, even with your mind!

So, which will it be? Struggling to eat right and exercise right, or just thinking thin for thirty days to get thin over time, but for now to weigh less mentally and appear gorgeous just as you are!
